Case study · Stanzione, Miami

Catering up more than 1,800% in four months.

Stanzione is a two-location Neapolitan pizzeria in downtown Miami and Citadel. It's also our own restaurant. From June to September 2026, monthly catering sales grew more than 1,800%. Here's exactly what we built, in order, with the results.

We don't advise. We operate.

Source: the restaurant's catering POS. July was flat. The first pages went live on July 7, and Google takes weeks to start sending traffic to new pages. Search did most of the work. A small paid-social test ran alongside it, and those leads are inside these numbers.

What we built

Five changes, in the order we made them.

  1. Jun 11An audit. We searched the way a customer would. "Pizza catering Miami" landed on the wrong page, and searches for weddings, offices and corporate events didn't land on us at all.
  2. Jul 7Catering pages that match real searches. One hub page, plus separate pages for live pizza catering, weddings, corporate events and office lunches. Each page answers the questions people actually type.
  3. Jul–AugOne page per neighborhood we deliver to. Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Edgewater, Design District and Downtown. All live by August 10.
  4. AugStructured data on every catering page. Restaurant and location markup plus 50+ FAQ answers, so Google and AI assistants can read exactly what we cater, where, and for how many.
  5. Sep–OctThe follow-through. Every inquiry gets a reply drafted within hours, quiet leads get a nudge, paid jobs land on the calendar automatically, and 4- and 5-star Google reviews get answered automatically.

What didn't work

One thing we'd skip next time.

What carries over

Three things work for any restaurant that caters.

  1. 01Get found for the search, not the brand. People search "catering" plus an event or a neighborhood. If no page answers that, the order goes to whoever has one.
  2. 02Make the page readable by machines. Structured data and plain answers are how Google and AI assistants decide who to show.
  3. 03Answer fast. The leads we closed were the ones that got a real reply the same day.

Your restaurant

One page on where your catering search stands.

Send us your restaurant's name. Within two business days you'll get one page: where you show up when people near you search for catering, who's getting those customers instead, and the first three fixes. It's yours whether or not we work together. We take on a small number of restaurants at a time, so every engagement starts here.
